## Workshops

**Workshop 0 — ISO 42001: What It Is & Why It Matters** *(Start here)*  
The standard in plain terms — what an AIMS is, why certification exists, and how ISO 42001 sits alongside the EU AI Act.

**Workshop 1 — Building Your AI Management System**  
Scope, context, policy, objectives, and the core building blocks of a compliant AIMS.

**Workshop 2 — Roles, Risks & Controls**  
Who owns what, AI risk assessment, choosing controls, and conducting impact assessments.

**Workshop 3 — Documentation & Evidence**  
Which records to keep, how to keep them light enough to maintain, and setting up management review.

**Workshop 4 — Getting Audit-Ready**  
Internal audit, common gaps, and the final steps to certification.
