## Workshops

**Workshop 0 — The EU AI Act: Your Obligations Mapped** *(Start here)*  
The whole Act in one session — what it covers, who it applies to, and what your organisation must show.

**Workshop 1 — Risk Classification: Where Your Systems Land**  
Classify each of your AI systems into the correct risk tier and document the result.

**Workshop 2 — High-Risk Requirements**  
Technical documentation, human oversight, conformity assessment, and registration for high-risk AI.

**Workshop 3 — Prohibited Practices & Transparency**  
Banned AI uses and when you must disclose that users are dealing with AI.

**Workshop 4 — Penalties, Timelines & Enforcement**  
The penalty regime, key deadlines, and how to brief your board on the risk.

**Workshop 5 — GDPR, NIS2 & the Overlap**  
Building one set of controls that answers the AI Act, GDPR, and NIS2 without duplication.
