## Workshops

**Workshop 0 — The Board's AI Landscape** *(Start here)*  
What AI can and can't do for your organisation, the balance of risk and opportunity, and an honest read of where your board stands.

**Workshop 1 — Director Duties & AI Liability**  
What directors are personally on the hook for when AI goes wrong, and how to evidence that the board did its job.

**Workshop 2 — Oversight & Accountability**  
Who owns AI, what the board should see, which committee holds it, and when issues must escalate to the board.

**Workshop 3 — AI Strategy & Risk Appetite**  
Setting risk appetite, approving use cases, governing AI investment, and managing vendor risk.

**Workshop 4 — The Board's AI Diagnostic**  
A working session producing a board-ready picture of governance strengths, gaps, and the ten questions to put to management.
