Are you ready for the AI Act?

Answer the following questions honestly to understand your organisation's readiness for EU AI Act compliance.

1. Do you know exactly which AI tools your staff already use?

Including free ChatGPT, Copilot, and tools nobody officially approved.

2. Do you have a written AI policy your staff have actually seen?

A real, shared document — not a draft in someone's inbox.

3. Have your staff been trained on safe, responsible AI use?

Real understanding of risks — not a video they clicked through.

4. Is that training tailored to different roles and departments?

Finance, marketing and developers face different risks.

5. Do you keep records of who was trained, on what, and when?

The evidence an inspector would actually ask to see.

6. Is your training refreshed as the tools change — not one-and-done?

A repeating cycle, not a single event last year.

7. Do staff clearly know what data is safe to put into AI tools?

Customer data, secrets, personal information.

8. Do you know whether any of your AI use counts as 'high-risk'?

Some uses (e.g. hiring, credit) carry far stricter rules.

9. Is one named person accountable for AI compliance?

A clear owner — not 'everyone and no one'.

10. If a regulator asked for proof today, could you produce it?

Policy, training records, role coverage, refresh plan — in one place.
